FKIP– The Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) Sebelas Maret University (UNS) Surakarta establishes collaboration and public lecture with the Constitutional Court (MK) of the Republic of Indonesia (RI) in the 3rd floor Hall of G Building Postgraduate Education FKIP UNS on Wednesday (25/5) /2022). In addition, the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Indonesia and FKIP UNS agreed on the Tri Dharma College cooperation agreement.
This event carries the theme “Understanding the Position of the Constitution in the State” with the hope that in the life of the state one must obey the laws and regulations.
The event was attended by, Prof. Dr. Enny Nurbaningsih, SH, M. Hum. as Constitutional Justice of the Indonesian Constitutional Court, Dr. Wahiduddin Adams, SH, MA as Constitutional Justice of the Indonesian Constitutional Court, Dean of FKIP UNS, the leadership of FKIP UNS, Head of the Civic Education Masters Study Program, Head of the Civic Education Undergraduate Study Program, staff of the Constitutional Court, students of Civic Education, and students of History Education.
The Dean of FKIP UNS, Dr. Mardiyana, M.Sc., in his speech said that the government carries out education to be able to produce people who have the profile of Pancasila. The government prepares regulations, and universities and schools provide educational facilities to students and students.
FKIP UNS itself carries out an educational function that produces students or humans with the profile of Pancasila. It is hoped that every student can contribute both in the family, community, and wherever they are. Even after graduating, he also continues to contribute in the workplace, both in the industrial, private, and government sectors by becoming an educator who has the profile of Pancasila.
Furthermore, Dr. Mardiyana also said that FKIP UNS collaborated with the government and the private sector to run the Independent Learning Campus Medeka (MBKM) program.
“Currently, we are collaborating with various institutions to run the MBKM government program. We present practitioners from both government and private sectors in various sectors. This is so that our students can improve their knowledge and skills as well as know and understand the conditions in the field of the real world of work. This activity can also be a supporter of the MBKM program,” said Dr. Mardiyana.
At the end of the speech, Dr. Mardiyana expressed his gratitude for the cooperation and public lecture with the Constitutional Court.
“Once again, on behalf of FKIP UNS, we express our gratitude to the Constitutional Court for the cooperation and holding of the public lecture today. To Mr and Mrs resource persons who have shared knowledge with us, lecturers, and students in understanding the position of the constitution in the state,” said Dr. Mardiyana.
Next Dr. Mardiyana, M.Sc., opened a public lecture and continued with the presentation of lecture material with Dr. Wahiduddin Adams, SH, MA as Constitutional Justice of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Indonesia (RI), Prof. Dr. Enny Nurbaningsih, SH, M. Hum. as Constitutional Justice of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Indonesia (RI), Dr. Rima Vien Permata Hartanto, SH, MH as Lecturer of the S-1 Civic Education FKIP UNS Study Program and guided by Dr. Winarno, M Si. as Head of the Civic Education FKIP UNS Undergraduate Study Program.
