ZI-WBK

The implementation of Bureaucratic Reform as mandated in Presidential Regulation Number 81 of 2010 concerning the Grand Design of Bureaucratic Reform 2010-2025 has entered its third period, namely 2020-2024. So that the implementation of bureaucratic reform can proceed in accordance with the direction that has been set, it is necessary to carry out regular monitoring and evaluation to determine the extent of progress in the results of its implementation. Apart from that, monitoring and evaluation are also intended to provide input in preparing action plans for continuous improvement for the implementation of bureaucratic reform in the following year.

Integrity Zone (ZI) is a title given to government agencies whose leadership and staff are committed to realizing WBK/WBBM through bureaucratic reform, especially in terms of preventing corruption and improving the quality of public services.

ZI-WBK (Corruption Free Regional Integration Zone) is a predicate given to a work unit that fulfills most of the change management programs, structuring governance, structuring HR management systems, strengthening performance accountability, and strengthening supervision. There are two components that must be built by government agencies in developing an integrity zone towards WBK/WBBM, namely the leverage component and the results component. Achieving this outcome component depends on the successful implementation of the leverage component. In this way, the leverage component becomes a determining factor in achieving the targets for the development of the Integrity Zone towards WBK/WBBM, namely: a clean and corruption-free government and improving the quality of public services to the community.

  • Change management

Change management aims to systematically and consistently change work mechanisms, mind sets and work culture (culture set) of individuals in the work units being built, to be better in line with the goals and objectives of developing the integrity zone.

  • Management Arrangement

Management arrangements aim to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of systems, processes and work procedures that are clear, effective, efficient and measurable in the Integrity Zone Towards WBK/WBBM.

  • HR Management

HR management aims to systematically and consistently change work mechanisms, mind sets and work culture (culture set) of individuals in the work units being built, to be better in line with the goals and objectives of developing the integrity zone.

  • Strengthening Performance Accountability

Performance accountability is the embodiment of the obligation of a government agency to be accountable for the success/failure of implementing the organization’s mission in achieving the targets and objectives that have been set.

  • Strengthening Supervision

Strengthening supervision is carried out by the Center for the Development and Protection of Language and Literature with the aim of improving the governance of the Center for the Development and Protection of Language and Literature which is clean and free from corruption.

Strengthening the Quality of Public Services

Improving the quality of public services is an effort to improve the quality and innovation of public services at the Center for the Development and Protection of Language and Literature on a regular basis according to the needs and expectations of the community.
