FKIP – Master of Education Technology and Doctor of Education, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) Surakarta entered into a collaboration agreement with SEAMEO SEAMOLEC boldly through a Zoom Cloud Meeting and attractively at UNS Inn on Thursday (23/9/2021).

The activity begins with an explanation of the contents of the cooperation which will be signed by both parties by the presenter. In his explanation, the presenter conveyed the contents of the cooperation including the objectives, benefits, scope, and period.

The first memorandum of understanding and cooperation agreement was signed by Prof. Jamal Wiwoho, S.H., M. Hum. as the Chancellor of UNS, and R. Alpha Amirrachman MPhil., Ph.D. as the director of SEAMEO SEAMOLEC. The second memorandum of understanding and cooperation agreement was signed by Dr. Mardiyana, M.Si as Dean of FKIP UNS and R. Alpha Amirrachman MPhil., Ph.D. as director of SEAMEO SEAMOLEC.

After the cooperation event, the activity continued with remarks from each party. The first speech was delivered by the Rector of UNS, Prof. Jamal Wiwoho, S.H., M. Hum. In his speech, Prof. Jamal conveyed the plan to follow up on the signed cooperation agreement.

“After this, we will immediately implement it for research including publishing and publication,” said Prof. Jamal.

At the end of his speech, Prof. Jamal expressed his hope for a cooperation agreement with SEAMEO SEAMOLEC.

“Hopefully, with this agreement, lecturers at UNS can make the most of it. Able to improve learning through interactive media, “hope Prof. Jamal.

The next speech was delivered by R. Alpha Amirrachman MPhil., Ph.D. as the director of SEAMEO SEAMOLEC, who revealed changes in behavior in the future.

“This is a tremendous challenge, after the pandemic, the pattern of human life will change. One of the remote activities that will continue to be a part of us. There will be activities carried out remotely based on technology and face-to-face,” said R. Alpha Amirrachman MPhil., Ph.D.

The activity ended with the exchange of souvenirs and mementos by the second party.
