On this occasion, Alfi delivered a da’wah with the title “Building Creativity and High Work Ethic in Advancing the Nation in a Pandemic Period”. Alfi explained the meaning and reason for choosing the title, which was about the quality of reliable human resources in order to succeed in the development of human resources in this era of the industrial revolution 4.0.
“The meaning of this da’wah is related to work ethic. This attitude is a personality that gives birth to obsessive, creative, and high productivity, and feels like doing something useful. This attitude is a reflection of an individual’s faith and good deeds,” explained Alfi.
Alfi added that a high quality of human resources is needed. This is because of the role of humans themselves, namely as implementers in the development process in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0.
“The target of development must be directed to the development of complete human beings, faith, quality, and hard work because in humans lies the real power of development,” continued Alfi in her da’wah.
