According to Ratih, Muslim women have two roles in Islamic civilization, namely internal and external roles. Muslim women must harmonize these two positions simultaneously by managing them well and making a scale of priorities.
“Muslim women have two positions or roles in Islamic civilization, namely internal and external roles. The internal role of Muslim women is to be a mother, wife, and child. While the external role of Muslim women is to become a lecturer, journalists, and so on. The most important thing is to harmonize these two roles. simultaneously. Two ways can be done, namely managing both well and making priorities,” said Ratih.
Ratih also argues that there are three ways to instill character in Muslim women so that they can play a role in the modern era. The method is to try to make religious knowledge good first, learn to parent, and learn according to plans.
“How to instill character in Muslim women so that they can play a role in the modern era? The first is to study religion and make sure that religious knowledge must be good first. Second, Muslim women must learn to parent. Third, Muslim women must study according to their passion,” he concluded.
