FKIP – Office Administration Education Study Program Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) Sebelas Maret University (UNS) Surakarta held a webinar on Office Administration Education with the theme “Becoming a Student with a Non-Baperal Role”. The webinar will be held via Zoom Cloud Meeting on Sunday (12/26/2021).

The webinar was opened with remarks by the head of the study program, Dr. Hery Sawiji, M.Pd represented by Nur Rahmi Akbarini, S.Pd., M.Pd. In his speech, Nur Rahmi conveyed his hopes after this webinar was held.

“Hopefully after this webinar, you can become students who can play a role. Both in the family, community, as well as for our nation and country,” said Nur Rahmi in her speech representing the head of the study program.

The first speaker, Nuzulul Ilma who is the Alehra Research Project for BPJS Employment. On this occasion, Ilma delivered the material with the title “Baperan and Role in the Scope of Students”.

“When it comes to roles, all humans cannot be separated from the role. Our roles as servants, children, students, and many other roles are inherent in us. Humans can be said to be multi-role because we have many roles and responsibilities that must be carried out,” said Ilma when explaining the comparison of roles and roles.

Then, Ilma explained the negative impact if a person cannot manage negative emotions, which affects mental health and is difficult to work with.

Ilma provides a solution that can be done to learn to manage emotions, namely by doing journaling, exercise, and meditation.

The second speaker, Arwan Gunawan, is the first expert teacher at SMK N 1 Kersana. Arwan delivered the material with the title “Being a Baperan Student or Baperan??”.

“Baperan is caused by a mismatch between real self and ideal self,” explained Arwan regarding the cause of baperan that occurs among students.

Arwan mentions several ways to deal with baper among students, namely by starting to learn to love yourself, stop procrastinating on work, be grateful and make a habit of complaining, filling your spare time with useful things, building positive energy within yourself and always believe that what you do is good. done there must be wisdom.

This webinar activity ended with a discussion and documentation session.
