They are Ardhian Nur, Muhammad Azmi, Mega Utami, Fitri Nugraheni, Alfia Nur, Erna Widyawati, Jenya Cahya, Novia Fajar, Ayuni Diah, and Billy Fernandus.
Followed by members of the Family Welfare Development (PKK) group and representatives of the Janggglengan Village Farmers Group, the counseling presented three resource persons. The first speaker was Ir. Sumani, M.Si. He is a lecturer at the Faculty of Agriculture (FP) UNS.
In his presentation, he delivered material about a suitable climate for planting. He also conveyed the relevance of global climate change to prey institutions that had been compiled during the time of Sunan Pakubuwana VII.

The second speaker was Dr. Ir. Widyatmani Sih Dewi, M.P. He is a lecturer in FP UNS. He explained the conditions suitable for growing red ginger and its advantages.
“Red ginger has advantages compared to elephant ginger. Red ginger is ginger with a high economic value and also has a higher level of spiciness than other types,” explained Dr. Goddess.

Meanwhile, the last speaker in the counseling was Dr. Ir. Mujiyo, S.P., M.Pd. who is a lecturer in FP UNS. He explained land management in the Bengawan Solo watershed.
“Agricultural land around the Bengawan Solo River watershed has fertile soil. However, even though the land is very good for agriculture and fertile, it must still be cared for properly. For example by reducing the use of chemical products in agricultural activities and using natural midges,” explained Dr. Mujiyo.
Ardhian Nur as the Head of Group 109 KKN UNS hopes that this counseling can spark public interest in cultivating red ginger and encourage cooperation between UNS and the community in agriculture.
“We hope that with this counseling, the community will try to cultivate red ginger as more income for them. We also hope that this counseling can encourage cooperation between UNS and villages if they need assistance to develop farmers,” hoped Ardhian.
