FKIP – Real Work Lecture Group (KKN) 123 Sebelas Maret University (UNS) Surakarta implemented the Work Program for Socialization and Issuing Business Identification Numbers (NIB) for MSMEs in Gunturharjo Village. This socialization activity was carried out in an attractive manner at the Gunturharjo Village Hall, Paranggupito, Wonogiri.
Secretary of the UNS 123 KKN group, Denisa Shafadila, explained that the work program began with socialization about NIB on February 7, 2022. The material for the socialization, such as submission requirements and data that needed to be filled in by MSMEs.
“The activity begins with outreach to the Hamlet Head and RT Chair in Gunturharjo Village regarding NIB, requirements for submitting NIB, and data that must be filled in by MSMEs carried out by KKN students and assisted by the Gunturharjo Village Head,” he explained to the fkip.uns.ac team. id when contacted via Whatsapp.
Close to the socialization was also attended by the Wonogiri District DPMPTSP, Paranggupito Sub-district, all Paranggupito District Village Heads, RT/RW Heads, Hamlet Heads, people who have business fields (UMKM), and students from the MBKM UNS 123.123 Thematic KKN group who were guided by Khresna Bayu Sangka SE, MM, Ph.D. This group consisted of Abdan Mulya Sakuro, Adi Dwi Ismanto, Aditya Triyanto, Agustine Carla Amelinda, Denisa Shafadila, Elanda Devi Pratama, Fadhil Rafi Hidayat, Nabila Nur Salma, and Yudi Setiawan.

After the socialization, it was followed by filling out and collecting the NIB data collection form on 7-11 February 2022. One of the main requirements for this NIB registration is that residents already have an E-KTP. ”
After that, the community is given individual forms to fill in related to information related to their respective businesses. In addition, the people of Gunturharjo village are also asked to collect a photocopy of their E-KTP so that the information entered into the system can later be valid as the main requirement for registering an NIB ,” he explained.
The next stage after all data has been collected and detected is the data on the recap of the NIB submission and registration of access rights into the OSS system. This data recap will be held on 11-15 February 2022.
“After collecting complete MSME data from the community, KKN students recap the submission data for each hamlet, and after that register OSS Access Rights (in the form of usernames and passwords) for each citizen’s name and their MSMEs into the OSS system so that later they can go to the data input stage. ” he explained.
The last stage is to enter data into the OSS by filling in complete information related to the MSME which will automatically issue the NIB directly. The printed NIB certificate is given to the village head so that it can be distributed to the residents. This stage will be carried out from February 16, 2022 until it is completed.
“Data input is done by filling in data related to MSMEs such as Business Address, Business Name, Capital, Annual Sales, Product Type, Business Field, etc. which will automatically issue NIB directly if the data entered is appropriate and complete. ,” he said.
On this occasion, Denisa said that the organization of this activity was aimed at making it easier for MSMEs to obtain business capital from banks and official permits from the central government through the OSS system.
“The issuance of the NIB is carried out with the aim of making it easier for small and micro businesses to obtain official business licenses from the central government, because the Village Head is no longer allowed to issue SKU (Business Certificate), and also the issuance of the NIB is intended to make it easier for MSMEs to obtain business capital from banks,” he explained.
