FKIP – Students of the English Education Study Program (Prodi) of the Teacher Training and Education Faculty (FKIP) Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) Surakarta conducted food sharing activities in the month of Ramadan. This activity was carried out around the UNS environment on Saturday (23/4/2022).
Takjilin Kamu, the name of this food sharing activity was initiated by the English Student Association (ESA) FKIP UNS in order to share food with people on the streets around UNS.
Marcelinus Galang Kristian Pratama as vice chairman of ESA FKIP UNS said that this activity was carried out by all ESA administrators who live in Solo to share food with people who have not broken their fast and people in need around UNS.
“Sharing sustenance in the form of food to people on the street who have not been able to break their fast at home, or to people in need,” he said.
Galang hopes that this food sharing activity can help and launch people who are fasting.
“Hopefully with this activity, we can help our brothers and sisters in fasting a little,” he said.
