FKIP – Students of the S-1 Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program (PBSI) Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) Sebelas Maret University (UNS) Surakarta won 2nd Place in the National Poetry Writing Competition in the Poetry Writing Competition and Photography (Colleagues) 2022. She is Zanida Zulfana Kusnasari.
Colleagues 2022 is organized by the Student Association of the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program (Himprobsi) FKIP UNS. This competition is one of the efforts to develop innovations and creations that are important for the advancement of the Indonesian language and state.
There are two branches that are contested in this event, namely the Poetry Creation Contest and the Photography Contest. Carrying the theme “The Lively Ramadan Fosters Character Education”, this competition can be participated by the general public throughout Indonesia. Registration is open from 7 April to 15 May 2022 and the winners from each branch will be announced through the @himprobsifkipuns Instagram account on Friday (3/6/2022).
Carrying a poem entitled “Merawikan Setakat Doa”, Zanida won 2nd place in the 2022 Colleague Poetry Competition. Zanida expressed her gratitude for this achievement.
“I feel grateful and happy with the results I got in this race. This result motivates me to be more productive in my work and learn more about literature, especially poetry,” said Zanida when contacted by the FKIP Journalist Team, Saturday (4/6/2021).

Then, he told the meaning contained in the poem he was carrying. He explained that the poem describes the obstacles that a person faces when he invites to something good.
“The Poetry Merawikan Setakat Prayer contains a message that in an effort to invite to something good, someone will surely encounter obstacles and even one eye. However, when we are sincere and brave to go through all these obstacles, surely the door of other people’s hearts will slowly be knocked and the values of kindness will be more easily accepted,” explained Zanida.
At the end of the interview session, Zanida advised the students to do positive and useful activities. According to him, achievements and achievements belong to optimists.
“To all students, never be afraid to take steps as long as it is a positive and useful activity. Try to take part in many competitions organized by the campus and outside the campus. Remember, the world of achievements and achievements always belongs to optimistic people,” Zanida said.
Previously, Zanida also managed to get several awards. The awards include 3rd place in the Poetry and Short Story Writing Competition (LCPC 6) International Level By National Writing Event 2021, 2nd place in the National Level Poetry Writing Competition for Indonesian Literature, State University of Malang 2021, 3rd place in the 2021 Colleagues National Level Poetry Writing Competition, and Hopeful Winner. 1 Poetry Writing for Southeast Asia Language and Literature Week 2021.
