FKIP – The Chemical Education Student Association, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) Surakarta held a First Gathering for New Students of Chemistry Education 2022 on Saturday, (11/6/2022).
The event, which was held online through the Zoom Meeting, was aimed at welcoming new students of the 2022 Chemistry Education Study Program (Prodi) through the National Selection to Enter State Universities (SNMPTN). In addition, this inaugural meeting also aims to strengthen the relationship between old students and new students of the Chemistry Education Study Program, FKIP UNS.
The event was attended by the General Chair of Covalent Chemistry HMP, Head of Covalent HMP Development Division, all management of Covalent HMP development, and new students of the 2022 SNMPTN Chemical Education Study Program was filled with a series of activities. Meanwhile, these activities were the opening, prayer, remarks from the General Chair of the Covalent HMP, introductions from the management of the Covalent HMP in the field of coaching, introductions from new students, games, documentation, and closing.
Amrina Rosyada as the head of the committee expressed her hopes for the future aimed at new students of the SNMPTN Chemistry Education Study Program. He hopes that new students will get to know their friends and seniors more closely.
“Hopefully in the future, with the first gathering event, new students will get to know more about their friends and seniors,” he hoped.
