FKIP – Friday (4/11/2022) Research Development Coordinator and Faculty Community Service (KPPMF) Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) Sebelas Maret University (UNS) Surakarta held an online Webinar Series 3 via Zoom Meeting with the theme “Building a World Class University-Based P2M Innovation Culture”.
The webinar was opened with remarks by the Deputy Dean for Human Resources, Finance, and Logistics, Dr. Dewi Kusuma Wardani, M.Sc.
“Ladies and gentlemen, we would like to thank the resource persons and participants who have given their time. We appreciate the performance of KPPMF for carrying out 5 webinar series that are framed to encourage a culture of research, publication, and innovation,” he said.
This webinar presented four speakers namely Prof. Dr. Sarwiji Kelvin, M.Pd., from Sebelas Maret University, Prof. Dr. Drs. Mulyono, M.Pd., from Eleven March University, Dr. Farida Nurhasanah, M.Pd., from Sebelas Maret University, and Dr. Hargo Utomo, MBA, from Gadjah Mada University.
On this occasion, Prof. Sarwiji explained material entitled “Development of Research Culture a World Class University”
. Then, in 2028-2033 it excels in 360 worlds and 2033-2028 excels in 200 worlds,” he explained.
Prof. Sarwiji explained that the application of lecturer research has an important role to support development plans and ranks 5th on the main performance indicators.
“The reality in global education is that global changes are unpredictable, pushing all education to be global. Technology can be used to answer various global problems in education so that problems are solved more effectively, processes are more efficient, risks are reduced, and comfort is increased,” he explained.
Prof. Mulyono discussed material on “Building a P2M Innovation Culture”. According to Prof. Mulyono, a lecturer must carry out education, research, and service to create a culture of innovation.
“The path to building a culture of innovation can be through institutions, individuals, service, and education,” he explained.
Dr. Farida explained the material entitled “Opportunities and Challenges in Innovation and Collaboration with DUDI Towards World Class University”. In her presentation, Dr. Farida shared her experience developing an application in collaboration with DUDI.
Dr. Hargo discussed the “Pillars of Strengthening Innovation Ecosystems”.
“The role of inter-agency mediation is important to build an understanding of the basic principles of interaction, the needs of work units, the character and behavior of each for the smooth process of downstream and upstreaming innovation,” he explained.
