FKIP – Student Association of Building Engineering Education Study Program (Himapensil) Faculty of Teacher Training and Science Education (FKIP) Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) Surakarta held an Opening Ceremony Buildyear 7.0 online via Zoom Meeting and live streaming on Himapensil UNS YouTube channel on Sunday (9/10/2022).

This activity carries the theme “Youth Movement: Action and Innovation to Recover Together”.

On this occasion, the Head of the Building Engineering Education Study Program, Dr. H. Roemintoyo, ST, M.Pd., gave a speech.

“This activity is a routine activity every year and thank God this year is entering its seventh year. Hopefully, this activity will be given smoothness and success until the end of the event, “said Dr. Roemintoyo in his speech.

The event continued with the presentation of material by the Chairman of Himapensil, namely Dharmawan Sulistyo Erha.

“Buildyear 7.0 has three series of activities, namely the AutoCAD 2022 national competition, the national rendering competition, and the national seminar,” explained Dharmawan.

The symbolic opening and release of the competition contingent were carried out by Dr. H. Roemintoyo, ST, M.Pd., as the Head of the Building Engineering Education Study Program.

“I started by saying bismillahirrahmanirrahim, the build year 7.0 activity was officially opened. We hope that all these activities will be successful and smooth,” said Dr. Roemintoyo.

The rendering competition was attended by Tunas Pembangunan Surakarta University, Ten November Institute of Technology, Muhammadiyah University Surakarta, AtmajayaUniversity, Tidar University, Udayana University, Yogyakarta Technology University, 17 August 1945 University, Amikom University, Sunan Ampel State Islamic University, Eleven March University, University Yogyakarta State University, Marwadewa University, Mercubuana University, Pelita Bangsa University, and Hasanudin.

Meanwhile, the AutoCAD competition was attended by SMK students from various regions and a national seminar was held by presenting 3 speakers.
