FKIP – Friday (16/12/2022), Office Administration Education Student Association (Himadistra) Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) Sebelas Maret University (UNS) Surakarta held PAPreaciation Day 2022. The activity which is an annual event for the Study Program (Prodi ) The Office Administration Education (PAP) of FKIP UNS was held in the 3rd Floor Hall of Building F FKIP UNS.

Contacted by the Journalist Team fkip.uns.ac.id on Wednesday (28/12/2022), Naufal Adhi Pratama who is the Chief Executive of PAPreciation Day 2022 revealed the purpose of holding this activity. He said that this activity aims to give awards to parties who have accomplished, contributed, and are competent in helping the development of the PAP FKIP UNS Study Program.

“A successful and growing organization or institution cannot be separated from the hard work of all the human resources themselves. As the saying goes, where there are beautiful masterpieces, there must be great human resources. Therefore, Himadistra FKIP UNS is holding this award ceremony to give awards to human resources who have accomplished, contributed, and are competent in helping the development of the PAP FKIP UNS Study Program,” said Naufal.

This year’s PAPreciation Day event uses the theme “Throne of Victory”. This theme is intended to illustrate that PAPreciation activities are a throne for winners who have fought and won various competitions they have participated in at the Mawapres and Disco events.

Meanwhile, the series of events included in the PAPreciation Day 2022 activities include the Announcement of the Winners of the Outstanding Student (Mawapres) of the PAP FKIP UNS Study Program, the Announcement of the Winners for Writing Practice, and the Announcement of the Winners of the 2022 Disco Competition. Then, there is the Announcement of the Lecturer Nomination Winners which include the lecturer of the year, the lecturer with the best study strategies_ and the most visionary lecturer. The reading and awarding were carried out directly by the Deputy Dean for Academic, Research, and Student Affairs FKIP UNS, Prof. Dr. Slamet Subiyantoro, M.Sc.

In addition to the awards given to the lecturers, awards were also given to students in each batch which included the most talented student, the student with the best leadership skills and the most innovative student. There was also an announcement of student of the year and the winner Mas Mbak PAP FKIP UNS.

Naufal hopes that the PAPreciation Day 2022 activity can be a motivation for students of the PAP FKIP UNS Study Program to remain enthusiastic in the process. He also hopes that this activity can increase enthusiasm in developing interests, talents, and potentials that exist within each student.

At the end of the interview session, Naufal asked him to maximize his potential. He also invited them to work together to produce achievements.

“As students or agents of change, we must be able to maximize the potential that exists within us to help develop the surrounding environment. Let’s work together to produce achievements that can increase our value,” said Naufal.
