Chaired by Anita Dwi Purwanti, this student team consists of four members. The four members are Anggita Hayuwardini, Dian Marini, Dita Kusuma Wardani, and Risha Rahmawati. They work closely with the Kovalen Chemistry Study Program Student Association FKIP UNS as work partners and the Ngudi Mulyo Al-Fadh Boyolali Women Farmers Group as competency partners. The training they held was also carried out under the supervision and guidance of the course lecturer, namely Dr. Nanik Dwi Nurhayati, M.Si. and Dr. Maria Ulfa, M.Sc.
Ngudi Mulyo Al-Fadh Boyolali Women Farmers Group was chosen as a competency partner because it started producing processed catfish in 2009. Many processed catfish products have been produced and sold, namely catfish nuggets, shredded catfish, chips, meatballs, sticks, beef jerky, patties, and many more. In this training, PPG FKIP UNS students conducted training on making nuggets from catfish meat.

Anita revealed that the training was aimed at increasing the entrepreneurial competence of the Kovalen-assisted village community, namely the residents of the Mojosongo Village and its surroundings.
“Through this activity is expected to increase animal food consumption, especially catfish in Surakarta and its surroundings. Moreover, developing processed catfish products can optimize fishery potential, improve excellent product competitiveness, apply the zero waste concept, and increase processing production,” said Anita, as quoted from the uns.ac.id page.
The event started at 08.30 WIB and began with the event coordinator’s speech. Then, the participants received socialization about entrepreneurship by Mustafa Fadhilla Aji, S.Pi. The activity continued with the hands-on practice of making catfish nuggets guided by Adelia Astianindar, S.Pi. The two sources are representatives of Ngudi Mulyo Al-Fadh Boyolali Women Farmers Group.
When practicing making nuggets, the training participants were divided into three groups. One source member accompanies each group. The training participants looked enthusiastic and interested in participating in the hands-on practice of making catfish nuggets, starting from mixing the ingredients until the nuggets were ready to be enjoyed.
Most of the training participants gave a positive response to the activities held. This event is beneficial in opening business opportunities. Based on a satisfaction survey conducted at the end of the event with 29 respondents, the results showed that 86% were satisfied and 14% were quite happy.
