FKIP – Student Association of Elementary School Teacher Education (PGSD) Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) Sebelas Maret University (UNS) Surakarta held the 47th UNS Anniversary Celebration with the theme “Working Together to Make UNS Smart and Quality” for 2 days, from Friday to Saturday (10-11/3/2023) offline in the Hall of Campus VI UNS, Kebumen.

On the first day, the activity started with morning exercises attended by the Lecturers, Education Staff, and Kebumen PGSD Students. Then, the activities continued with workshops, dance UKM performances, “Lecturer Award” awarding sessions, Music UKM performances, and poetry musicalization competitions.

On the second day, the activity began with a fashion show session by the Finalist of Mas Mbak PGSD Kebumen, community service video screenings, student talent shows, the announcement of the top 3 Mas Mbak PGSD Kebumen and a series of selections, as well as the appearance of a Music UKM. Then, the activity continued with the announcement of the winner Mas Mbak PGSD Kebumen, solo vocal contest, tumpengan, and the competition announcement.

Contacted by the fkip.uns.ac.id Journalist Team, Teguh Marwantoro as Head of Hima PGSD Kebumen FKIP UNS said this activity is an annual activity to enliven and celebrate UNS Anniversary.

“This activity is an annual work program of the Department of Organizational Development and Student Resources of Kebumen PGSD Hima FKIP UNS to enliven and celebrate UNS Anniversary. Even though we are a branch campus far from the main campus in Kentingan, we are still enthusiastic about welcoming this UNS’s Anniversary Celebration,” said Teguh.

Teguh hopes that this UNS 47th Anniversary celebration activity can increase the cohesiveness and accommodate the interests of the civitas academica of PGSD Kebumen Study Program FKIP UNS.

“We hope that the moment of the 47th UNS Anniversary can add to the kinship and cohesiveness, especially for the academic community in the Kebumen PGSD Study Program, FKIP UNS. We hope this activity will also become a forum for channeling interests and talents, especially in art. Thus, the synergy to realize UNS Can and FKIP Good is well established,” hoped Teguh.
