FKIP – International collaboration was again carried out by the Teaching and Education Faculty (FKIP) Sebelas Maret University (UNS) Surakarta to realize the UNS program as a world-class university. Tuesday (23/5/2023) at Ton Duc Thang University Library (TDTU), Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, FKIP UNS agreed to establish an expression of interest in collaboration with the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities of Ton Duc Thang University Vietnam in the field of academic collaboration.
In this activity, Prof. Dr. Triyanto, S.H., M.Hum. as Plt. The Deputy Dean of Planning, Business Cooperation, and Information of FKIP UNS attended as a representative from FKIP UNS. He was welcomed directly by the Dean, Board of Directors, Lecturers, and related staff from the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Ton Duc Thang University, Vietnam.
Ton Duc Thang University School of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam, was established on September 24, 1997. During its development, the school was the leading center for high-quality, multi-disciplinary scientific training and research at Ton Duc Thang University. In addition, the faculty is also responsible for delivering lectures on Marxism-Leninism, HCM thinking, and support skills to students from all disciplines on campus.
In this activity, Prof. Triyanto said that the meeting between the two parties discussed cooperation in various fields, such as research collaboration, lecturer and student exchanges, and cooperation in international conferences between FKIP UNS and the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Ton Duc Thang University, Vietnam.
“The meeting between FKIP UNS and the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Ton Duc Thang University, Vietnam was intended to discuss collaborations in various fields. The collaboration includes cooperation in research and the exchange of lecturers and students. We also discussed cooperation in an international conference between FKIP UNS and the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Ton Duc Thang University, Vietnam in 2024,” said Prof. Triyanto.
Furthermore, Prof. Triyanto also said that various cooperation programs would be developed between the two parties. He hopes that this development will advance each other and benefit the common good.
“In the future, we will develop various programs or collaborative activities. The hope is that with this collaboration, we can exchange experiences and good practices to advance each other and benefit both parties,” hoped Prof. Triyanto.
