FKIP – Office Administration Education (PAP) Study Program Students ) The Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) Surakarta won 2nd place in the management business challenge competition event organized by HMPS MBS IAIN Surakarta in 2021 online.

Management business challenge is a competition event as well as a forum for students who have an interest in entrepreneurship. This activity was held by the student association of the Islamic Business Management study program at UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta. In this event, the participants are directed to create a real product that can improve the halal industry in every field by utilizing the digital economy.

The competition will be held starting on August 2 and announced on Saturday, October 16, 2021. The announcement will be made through the social media account Instagram @hmpsmbsiainska. In this event, the Zea Bakery team proposed by Muhammad Irfan Aminudin won.

2nd place in this competition, the theme that was determined was Creatonomics Business Creativity. Muhammad Irfan Aminudin, a PAP student, brought up the idea with the title Cocopie Cream Alpukat, which is a pie with a unique taste. This idea is motivated by a large number of flour-based foods. Wheat is an imported product. Therefore, this idea proposes the use of sago flour and grated coconut as the basic ingredients for making pies.

The purpose of the proposed idea is to introduce contemporary fusion cakes. From the proposed ideas, benefits can be obtained, namely playing a role in economic development in Indonesia, gaining experience and income from the pie business, meeting consumer demands and needs, training teamwork in the business world, and introducing various kinds of pie products.

In the end, Irfan expressed hope for the future regarding the proposed ideas.

“Hopefully it can be implemented properly and according to planning, so that it can generate a decent income, and can spread the products we make,” concluded Irfan when met by the fkip.uns.ac.id team on Thursday, (11/25/2021).
