FKIP – The Research Group Grant Research Team (HGR) Economic Education Study Program (Prodi) Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) Sebelas Maret University (UNS) Surakarta held a workshop for teachers of State High School (SMAN) 3 Sragen as a series of activities research. Entitled “Implementation of Entrepreneurship Education Policy for Teachers of SMA Negeri 3 Sragen”, this workshop was held on Wednesday (20/10/2021) in the Hall of SMAN 3 Sragen by implementing health protocols.

This workshop was a series of activities for Research and Community Service Non-APBN UNS Fiscal Year 2021 Single/Last Year with the HGR-UNS Research scheme carried out by a team from Biology Education. Meanwhile, the title of their research was “Implementation of Entrepreneurship Education Program in the Covid-19 Pandemic Situation in Sragen Regency”.

Dr. Leny Noviani, S.Pd, M.Sc. as the Chief Executive of the Economic Education HGR Research Team FKIP UNS explained that the material presented at this workshop was a way to develop student creativity.

“The material presented is how to develop students’ creativity. Evaluation of activities uses the Kirkpatrick Level Model Evaluation Training at level one or reaction and level two or learning. Based on the smile faces distributed to participants, it shows 95% of participants gave good reactions. Lessons learned obtained after participating in this workshop is an understanding of lateral thinking,” explained Dr. Leny via WhatsApp message on Sunday (6/12/2021).

Dr. Leni hopes that this workshop activity can help teachers develop learning planning and implementation, especially in growing entrepreneurial values ​​during the Covid-19 pandemic.

“I hope that with this series of community service activities, teachers can develop planning and implementation of learning that can foster entrepreneurial values ​​even though they are still in the Covid-19 pandemic situation,” hoped Dr. Leny.
