FKIP – Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program (PGSD) Kebumen Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) Sebelas Maret University (UNS) Surakarta on behalf of Putra Nadzif Yuanditama Asirwada won 1st place in the National Poster Competition in the Education event Festival (Edufest) organized by the Student Executive Board (BEM) FKIP UNS.

Edufest was one of the work programs of BEM FKIP UNS 2021 which aims to be a forum for students throughout Indonesia to channel their interests and talents. The activity consisted of several series of events, namely the Grand Opening Edufest 2021, the National Poster Competition, the National Essay Competition, the National Level Music Cover Competition, the National Mobile Legend Competition, and the Grand Closing Edufest 2021.

With the provisions of the poster competition “Synergy to Build Cultured Education”, Putra carried a poster entitled “Changes in the Way of Learning in Elementary Schools with the Development of Fish Learning Methods in Action”. The poster won 1st place when it was announced at the Grand Closing Edufest event on Sunday (5/5) 12/2021) which was held hybrid in the Hall of Building F FKIP UNS by implementing health protocols and live broadcasting on Youtube BEM FKIP UNS.

Putra explained that the poster contains a new learning method for Elementary Schools which was equipped with forms of application.

“The poster provides an overview of the latest learning methods that can be applied at the elementary school level and complete with forms of application in schools in order to achieve cultured education for early childhood,” explained Putra via Whatsapp message on Sunday (23/1/2022).

Putra hopes that the poster will support the achievement of cultured education for early childhood, especially in elementary school. Thus, they will have a strong national foundation.

“I hope that the poster can support the achievement of cultured education for early childhood, so that the next generation of the nation already has a strong national foundation from an early age, namely when he was in elementary school,” Putra hoped.

Previously, Putra also won achievements in the competitions he participated in, such as the favorite winner of the National Level Poster Competition, Chemical Engineering Department (JKT) Faculty of Engineering (FT) Sriwijaya University in 2021 and 1st place in the Scientific Writing Competition (LKTI) in Educational Studies Circle. (LSP) FKIP UNS in 2021.

At the end of the interview session, Putra explained that in the future he will participate in competitions optimally by implementing the competition materials he has obtained.

“He participated in various competitions at the regional, national, and international levels optimally by implementing the competition materials he got,” Putra concluded.
