FKIP – Master of Science Education Study Program (FKIP) Sebelas Maret University (UNS) Surakarta held a Course Portfolio Preparation Workshop at UNS Inn on Monday (28/3/2022). The Workshop for Compiling a Portfolio of Courses was attended by Lecturers of Master of Science Education FKIP UNS who were guided directly by Dr. Sarwanto, S.Pd., M.Sc. as the Head of the Master of Science Education Study Program (Kaprodi).

Dr. Sarwanto explained the implementation of Semester Learning Plans (RPS) into assessment and evaluation instruments.

“So far, the existing portfolio in Siakad for two semesters can be used as an evaluation of study programs. This portfolio must refer to Graduate Learning Outcomes (CPL) and Course Learning Outcomes (CPMK). After that, what are the stages in the assessment, “explained Dr. Sarwanto.

Furthermore, he explained that the assessment rubric must be in accordance with the course and implementation of learning. From the results of the ongoing lectures, the lecturer makes assessment instruments and implements student assessments that are reported to the study program.

Furthermore, Dr. Sri Yamitinah as the Head of the Science Education Magisyer Study Program explained that the results of student assessments were expected to be a recommendation for study programs to improve the quality of services and knowledge. He also explained the assessment in the presentation of meals for students.

“Assessment in paper presentations for students must meet several indicators, for example, indicators for the number of student responses, identify problems, provide explanations, and propose solutions, while project assessments for compiling papers for students also have indicators of title quality, content quality, writing, and bibliography, “explained Dr. Sri.

The Workshop for Compiling a Course Portfolio for the Master of Science Education Study Program was enlivened with student assessment products according to CPL. Furthermore, there was a photo event with the participants and it was closed by the Head of the Master of Science Education Study Program, FKIP UNS.
