FKIP – To enliven the month of Ramadan, the Islamic Activity Center (SKI) of the Teacher Training and Education Faculty (FKIP) Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) Surakarta held a SKI On The TPA activity. The event, which took place at the As Shoepiyah Mosque, Hamlet II, Makamhaji, Kartasura District, is routinely held every Saturday in the month of Ramadan 2022.

Khildatus Sakinah Nurul Majid the chairman of the committee said that this activity was not only intended to enliven the month of Ramadan but also as a means of learning religious and academic knowledge.

“As a form of aspiration for the implementation of the TPA as a means of learning religious and academic knowledge. This activity was carried out to enliven the month of Ramadan around campus V JPTK Pabelan,” he explained when contacted by the fkip.uns.ac.id team.

The activity, which was attended by all administrators of SKI Pabelan 2022 and active students of Campus V JPTK Pabelan, was filled with various activities and each meeting was different. One of the activities is the congregational Asr prayer, prayer together, introductions, division of groups based on age/class, delivery of material, games, closing, and breaking the fast together.

He hopes that this activity will become a charity and provide benefits for the environment around campus V JPTK Pabelan. In addition, he also hopes that this activity can be carried out until the next management period.

“Hopefully it can have a beneficial impact on the environment around campus and hopefully this activity will be a charity for us. In the previous management period, this activity was carried out online, namely through social media. For this period we are trying to reactivate this activity offline by the target of TPA mosques around campus. We hope that this activity will not only be carried out during the month of Ramadan but can also be carried out for a full period of this management and the next management period, “he explained.
