In his speech, Dr. Mardiyana, M.Si. as the Dean of FKIP UNS said that the development of an institution, especially in the field of education, requires collaboration with alumni. According to him, the quality of the institution has a direct relationship with the quality of its alumni.
“Cooperation between an educational institution and its alumni is very much needed. This cooperation is also very profitable. When the institution experiences rapid progress, its alumni will be carried away. For example, when looking for a job, you will see which university it is from in addition to its capabilities. In society, if the university is of good quality, usually the alumni are also considered qualified,” explained Dr. Mardiyana.

“Starting a business can be done by determining what our favorite field is. If our preferences require a lot of capital, we can choose the option of reseller. From there we can set aside profits for our venture capital and conduct research to determine market share. When trying to try a product that fails, don’t give up immediately. Because there is a possibility that when we try other businesses, we can succeed,” concluded Yayan.
