FKIP – Bachelor’s Degree Early Childhood Education Teacher Education Study Program (PG PAUD) Teacher Training and Education Faculty (FKIP) Sebelas Maret University (UNS) Surakarta held a Workshop on Assistance in Filling Out Self-Evaluation Reports (LED) in 2022 on Tuesday (6/6/2022) offline on the 2nd Floor of the New Hall Building PG PAUD-PGSD FKIP UNS, Campus 4 UNS, Kleco, Surakarta.

The LED Filling Assistance Workshop was attended by the Head of the Study Program (Kaprodi), the Chair and Deputy Chair of the Quality Control Group (GKM), as well as Lecturers and Students of the PG PAUD FKIP UNS Study Program. In his speech, Dr. Anyanti Rahmawati, S.Psi., MA as the Head of the PG PAUD FKIP UNS Study Program invites the academic community of the PG PAUD FKIP UNS Study Program to work together to get superior accreditation.

“The PG PAUD FKIP UNS Study Program has been established since 2010 and has been in progress until now. Accreditation has been carried out twice and shows significant progress. Improvements continue to this day. Significant progress has also begun to be seen. Cooperation and synergy between the academic community of the PG PAUD FKIP UNS Study Program are very much needed in the context of the preparation of this LED. Let’s improve this so that we will get excellent accreditation soon,” said Dr. Anayanti.

Moderated by Jumiatmoko, S.Pd., M.Pd., this workshop presented a resource person, namely Dr. Suharno, M.Si. He is the Head of the Quality Assurance Unit (UPM) of FKIP UNS. In his presentation, he delivered 2 main materials. The two materials are the Flow and Assessment System of the Independent Educational Accreditation Institute (LAMDIK) and the Filling of the LED Lamdik.

In the presentation of the first material, Dr. Suharno explained about the components of the accreditation assessment, the focus of the assessment, the assessment matrix table, the proportion of the assessment weights, to the flow and accreditation documents. He explained that there were 8 accreditation lines that each study program had to go through.

“In Books 1 and 5 of Study Program Accreditation Instruments or IAPS LAMDIK it is stated that there are 8 main processes of accreditation flow. The eight processes are making study programs accounts, registering accreditation proposals, uploading proposed documents, document validation, adequacy assessments, field assessments, announcements of accreditation results, and submitting appeals, “explained Dr. Suharno.

Then, in the presentation of the second material, Dr. Suharno explained the types of study program accreditation instruments, the difference between LAMDIK accreditation and the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education (BAN-PT), the composition of LEDs, and the profile of the Study Program Management Unit (UPPS). Furthermore, he also explained the criteria for accreditation assessment, problem analysis and study program development, aspects in LED and examples, to accreditation status and ratings.

He explained there are 4 aspects in LED. The four aspects are policy, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up.

“There are 4 aspects of the self-evaluation report or LED. First is policy. Policies here are national policies and local policies that may exceed national standards. The second aspect is the implementation or implementation of policies that are operational, technical, procedural, detailed, and others. The third aspect is the evaluation of UPPS’s performance so far, and the last is the follow-up taken by UPPS in improving its performance,” explained Dr. Suharno.

After the presentation of the material, the activity continued with a question and answer session and ended with joint documentation.
