FKIP – The third PKM Training with Bisri Musa Azhari has been conducted online via Zoom Meeting on Sunday (17/7/2022). This training is a series of PKM Training events with the theme “The Youth of Math, Join Us, Let’s Practice” Mathematics Education Student Association (Himmadika) Teacher Training and Education Faculty (FKIP) Sebelas Maret University (UNS) Surakarta.

This third training discusses tips and tricks in chapters 3 and 4 of the PKM proposal. Bisri Musa Azhari as the speaker said that the essence of writing a proposal is to comply with the guidebook or PKM guidelines in the same year.

“Essentially, friends, for chapters 1, 2, 3, and 4, we follow or we obey the guidebook or guidebook from PKM, because later the reviewer or jury will see how we comply in writing proposals according to the guidebook, ” he explained.

Furthermore, he explained about chapter 3 about the methods and stages of PKM in detail based on the types. According to him, each type of PKM has different characteristics and characteristics, so the methods and stages are also different.

“In chapter 3 we discuss methods and stages, once again each PKM has its own characteristics and each type has its own character, so it’s different, nothing is the same,” he said.

Furthermore, in chapter 4 on the budget, he conveys things that should not be included in the budget. These are gratuity funds, rental of tools and materials, purchase of tools and materials of more than 1 million per item, purchase of data storage, monthly team quota of more than 100 thousand, duration of license lease or the like for more than 6 months, and compilation, doubling. , or report binding.

“Essentially, in chapter 4 regarding this budget, everything can be entered except for things that are prohibited, yes, everything can be budgeted, everything can be requested for a budget except for things that are prohibited,” he said.

Then he also explained the amount and type of expenditure in the PKM proposal, namely consumables a maximum of 60%, rent and services a maximum of 15%, local transportation a maximum of 30%, and other costs a maximum of 15%.

At the end of the session, Bisri advised all participants to read a lot, look for references, and write down ideas. Because according to him ideas that are not written down will only be a shadow.

“Indeed, we have to read a lot and also have to immediately write down our ideas, because if we keep thinking and considering, then the writing will not turn out so yes, so it’s only in the shadows,” he said.
