FKIP – Students of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) Sebelas Maret University (UNS) Surakarta has made another proud achievement. Rizki Wahyu Pradana from the Economic Education Study Program (Prodi) who this time won 2 medals at same time in the 2022 National Student Olympiad organized by the National Competition League (Likomnas). The two medals are a bronze medal in the Indonesian language competition and a gold medal in the world insight competition.
Announced as champion on Tuesday (6/9/2022). Rizki admitted that he did not expect to get the two medals. He is also grateful for the results he got.
“When the winners were announced, I didn’t expect to get both medals. Of course, I’m grateful. I deliberately took part in 2 competitions to hone my skills,” said Rizki when contacted by the journalist team at fkip.uns.ac.id, Monday (19/9/2022).
Furthermore, Rizki explained that he got race information from Instagram’s social media. He was interested in the competition because there were many competitions to choose from.
“I found this race information when it appeared on my Instagram homepage or social media search.
I am interested because this competition has various category branches with a total of 7 branches and competes for the overall champion, “explained Rizki.
At the end of the interview session, Rizki advised developing his talents and potential. He also advised continuing to work and contribute to the community.
“Develop yourself according to your talents and potential. Identify the place to develop it, both academic and non-academic. Never get tired of competing and working for better achievements and contributing to the whole community,” Rizki said.
